钟表轴类用钢大部分采用含铅易切钢。含铅易切钢中的铅粒大小、形态及分布对切削性能有很大的影响。因此,在金相检验工作中,铅的显示极为重要。目前一般都采用日本秋山精钢社推荐的碘化钾侵蚀方法,但经我们多年的实践,此法显示效果不够稳定。为此,我们摸索了另一种显示方法,经比较,其显示效果较前者更好。现介绍如下。
Most of the watches and steels used lead easy cutting steel. The lead size, shape and distribution in lead free cutting steel have a great influence on cutting performance. Therefore, in the metallographic inspection work, the display of lead is extremely important. At present, Japan’s Akiyama Steel Company recommended the use of potassium iodide corrosion method, but by our many years of practice, this method shows the effect is not stable enough. To this end, we explored another display method, by comparison, the display better than the former. Now introduced as follows.
