为了改善梅山选矿厂粗粒干磁选尾矿的选别条件,矿业公司1998年10月从美国 INPROSYS 公司进口了一台 High—Force(?)300×1000mm 永磁双辊强磁力干式磁选机,在重选车间进行工业性试验,并取得初步成功。该设备主要用来选别75~12mm 原矿经干式磁选后的尾矿。在1997年的半工业试验中,当入选铁品位为28.87%时,可得到41.54%铁品位的精矿,铁精矿产率49.50%,回收率71.22%,尾矿品位16.46%,选矿效率21.72%。与同粒度选别设备重介质振动溜槽生产中的选别指标相比,精矿品位有所提高,尾矿品位可下降0.80%左右,选矿回收率提高2.68%,选矿效率也有提高。
In order to improve the sorting conditions of the coarse-grained dry magnetic separation tailings in the Meishan Concentrator, a mining company imported a High-Force (?) 300 × 1000mm permanent magnet double-roller magnetic dry magnetic separator from INPROSYS in October 1998 Machine, industrial test in re-election workshop, and achieved initial success. The equipment is mainly used for sorting 75 ~ 12mm ore by dry magnetic separation tailings. In the 1997 semi-industrial test, 41.54% iron grade concentrates were obtained when the selected grade of iron was 28.87%. The yield of iron concentrates was 49.50%, the recovery rate was 71.22%, the tailings grade was 16.46% and the dressing efficiency was 21.72% . Compared with the sorting index in the production of heavy medium vibration chute of the same size sorting equipment, the concentrate grade has been improved, the tailings grade can be reduced by about 0.80%, the beneficiation recovery rate increases by 2.68% and the beneficiation efficiency also increased.
