对两个具有 SAR特性和一个感病烟草资源进行接种 TMV和 SA处理 ,在不同时间测定 CAT、PAL活力值 ,分析不同类型烟草资源病程过程中上述两个酶活力值的动态变化。结果表明 :具有 SAR特性的抗性品种资源对 TMV和 SA表现出较高的敏感性 ,PAL活力值在处理后明显地高于感病资源 ,CAT活力值在处理后低于感病资源 ;其中 CAT活力值的变化早于 PAL酶活力值的变化。两个具有 SAR特性的烟草资源在总体趋势上相一致 ,但存在一定的差异性。这与克隆出的相应抗性基因片段序列结果相一致
TMV and SA were used to inoculate two SARs and one susceptible tobacco resource. CAT and PAL activity values were measured at different times and the dynamic changes of these two enzyme activity values during the course of disease were analyzed. The results showed that the resistant varieties with SAR characteristics showed high sensitivity to TMV and SA, the PAL activity values were significantly higher than the susceptible resources after treatment, and the CAT activity values were lower than the susceptible resources after treatment CAT activity changes earlier than PAL activity changes. The two tobacco resources with SAR characteristics are in line with the overall trend, but there are some differences. This is consistent with the cloned sequence of the corresponding resistance gene
