为了在炼钢厂发生突发事件后,进行快速有效的设备调整,尽可能保证连铸机的连浇,对进行设备调整后的生产组织情况进行研究,提出了基于规则与模型的动态调度方法,采用线性规划的方法对模型进行求解。并提出了基于有效性和稳定性的鲁棒性概念对不同规则与模型进行评价,从而确定最佳的设备调整方案。最后对现场实例进行了计算机仿真,仿真结果表明基于规则和模型的混合设备调整方法具有最佳的鲁棒性。
In order to make a quick and effective adjustment of the equipment after the emergency in the steelmaking plant and to ensure the continuous pouring of the continuous casting machine as far as possible, the production organization after the equipment adjustment is studied, and the dynamic scheduling method based on rules and models is proposed , Using linear programming method to solve the model. And proposed the concept of robustness based on validity and stability to evaluate different rules and models to determine the best equipment adjustment program. Finally, a computer simulation of the field examples was conducted. The simulation results show that the hybrid device adjustment method based on rules and models has the best robustness.
