目的:探讨CD分子识别用于提取分离中药伏毛铁棒锤有效成分的技术方法。方法:以紫外分光光度法测定伏毛铁棒锤与CD的包合常数,预测包合可能性;分子识别提取分离伏毛铁棒锤有效成分;UV验证包合物;HPLC分析包合前后伏毛铁棒锤化学成分变化;醋酸致小鼠扭体试验筛选包合物镇痛活性。结果:UV图谱确证了伏毛铁棒锤-β-CD包合物的形成;包合物组分简单,活性成分含量显著提高;该包合物有良好的镇痛作用。结论:分子识别法用于中药伏毛铁棒锤提取分离技术可行,效果显著。
OBJECTIVE: To study the technology of CD molecular recognition for the extraction and separation of the active ingredients from the Chinese traditional medicine Radix Fujianmeisi. Methods: The inclusion constant of struthor and malt extract was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and the inclusion probability was predicted. The molecular identification was used to extract and separate the effective components of stroma. UV-certified inclusion complex was determined by HPLC. Hair iron hammer chemical composition changes; acetic acid induced writhing test clathrate analgesic activity. Results: The UV spectrum confirmed the formation of hammer-β-CD inclusion complex. The inclusion complex was simple and the content of active ingredient was significantly increased. The inclusion complex had good analgesic effect. Conclusion: It is feasible and effective to use molecular identification method to extract and separate the Chinese traditional medicine.
