应用文是我们处理日常事务具有的习惯格式的一种文体。无论是个人,无论是团体,都经常使用。特别是对于中等专业学校的学生,尤其重要。他们走上工作岗位,大多数都从事着独当一面的工作,要经常遇到使用应用文的况情。可以说,应用文是对每个刚刚走出校门的学生的第一个考验。有的毕业生说:“我真后悔当初学应用文时思想不重视,现在把格式都忘光了。”还有的毕业生说:“学应用文时,觉得格式简单、繁琐,学起来没意思,可在实际工作中一用就出笑话。”在我们学校的墙壁上,应用文比比皆是,问题也很多。这说明应用文教学在中专语文教学中是不可忽视的。
