卫生人才始终是人民群众健康事业的主要实践群体之一,在不断深入推进医疗卫生事业改革的进程中,这一使命尤为凸显,因此,需要加紧培养、建设出一支品德高尚、业务精湛、作风优良的医疗卫生人才队伍。各医疗卫生单位应立足实际开展调查研究,因才制宜、有针对性地进行医疗卫生人才队伍建设。本文通过调研笔者所在单位的卫生人才情况,对其组织承诺进行了剖析,进而从组织承诺的角度对卫生人才队伍建设提出了建议。 Health professionals have always been one of the major practical groups in the health undertakings of the masses.
