研究以上海石洞口第二发电厂600MW超临界压力锅炉为对象,根据试验结果给出了管内强迫换热的水冷壁壁温计算的内边界条件,由炉膛热负荷分布规律建立的膜式水冷壁表面热流密度分布函数为外边界条件,开发了螺旋管圈水冷壁壁温计算程序。它可以计算膜式壁任一截面的里温,经验证与实际相符。这为分析锅炉工作的可靠性并为水冷壁系统的结构设计,提供了重要依据。
Based on the test results, the internal boundary conditions of wall temperature calculation of water wall forced forced heat exchange in the pipe are presented. The membrane wall is established by the distribution of furnace heat load Surface heat flux density distribution function of the outer boundary conditions, the development of the spiral pipe wall temperature calculation program. It calculates the temperature in any section of the membrane wall and is validated to be realistic. This provides an important basis for analyzing the reliability of the boiler work and for the structural design of the water wall system.
