选择了26台机车柴油机作为状态检测对象,定期地从油底壳中抽取油样进行检测,发现其中有两台发生了故障。对每次严重损坏之前和之后抽取的油样中的磨耗颗粒,采用铁粉图技术和光谱技术进行分析,以发现柴油机早期故障的征兆。试验结果如下:从铁粉图上观察到在1ml 油样中有10多个尺寸大于10μm 的非铁金属磨耗颗粒,这是柴油机轴承故障的征兆,预示着轴承在27天内可能导致严重损坏。相反,诸如活塞裂损一类的突发性损坏却没有明显的故障征兆。
Select 26 locomotive diesel engine as the state of detection object, regularly from the oil pan to extract oil samples were detected and found that two of them have failed. The worn particles in the oil samples taken before and after each serious damage were analyzed using iron mapping and spectroscopy techniques to detect signs of diesel engine failure early on. The test results are as follows: From the iron powder map, there are more than 10 non-ferrous metal wear particles with sizes larger than 10μm in 1ml oil sample, which is a sign of diesel bearing failure, which indicates that the bearing may cause serious damage in 27 days. In contrast, sudden damage such as piston rupture has no obvious symptom of failure.
