由于受到控制结构和信道通信的不良影响,电力抄表系统的受控效果不完善,在这个前提下,进行光电传感器在电力抄表系统中的控制研究。通过分析主流电力抄表系统的原始控制结构,令光电传感器直接在系统主电路上设控,完善控制结构和数据传输过程,符合系统适应性需求。提出适用于电力抄表系统自动控制的光电传感器设计方法,将采集方位和采集时间嵌入JPEG图像中,统一接受光电传感器控制。针对光电传感器下的控制结构,设计电力抄表系统控制电路,介绍控制电路的抗干扰策略。选用型号为E3JM-DS7的光电传感器,集成6路驱动电路,完善控制电路功能。实验结果表明,光电传感器所提供的控制策略在电力抄表系统中的可控范围大,控制效果非常好。
Due to the adverse effects of the control structure and channel communication, the controlled effect of the power meter reading system is not perfect. Under this premise, the control research of the photoelectric sensor in the power meter reading system is carried out. By analyzing the original control structure of the mainstream power meter reading system, the photoelectric sensor is directly controlled and controlled on the main circuit of the system to improve the control structure and data transmission process and meet the requirements of system adaptability. The photoelectric sensor design method which is suitable for the automatic control of power meter reading system is put forward. The acquisition azimuth and acquisition time are embedded in the JPEG image, and the photoelectric sensor control is unified. Aiming at the control structure under photoelectric sensor, the design of power meter reading system control circuit and the anti-interference strategy of control circuit are introduced. Selection model E3JM-DS7 photoelectric sensor, integrated 6 drive circuit, improve the control circuit function. The experimental results show that the control strategy provided by the photoelectric sensor has a large controllable range in the power meter reading system and the control effect is very good.
