采用完全随机区组设计 ,对中华绒螯蟹长江种群与辽河种群在一龄阶段的成活率和生长性能进行了比较试验。对两种群各生长月份的体重、壳长和壳宽等数据进行线性模型方差分析。结果表明 :(1 )长江种群与辽河种群的成活率和增重率差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。 (2 )长江种群与辽河种群各月份生长差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,月份间的生长差异均极显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;两种群雄性月平均体重均高于雌性 ,但差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。 (3)两种群个体生长差异明显 ,变异系数达 40以上 ,长江种群的变异系数高于辽河种群 ,但差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )
A complete randomized block design was used to compare the survival rate and growth performance of Eriocheir sinensis populations and Liaohe population in the first instar stage. Linear model ANOVA was performed on the data of body weight, shell length and shell width in each growing month of the two populations. The results showed that: (1) There was no significant difference in survival rate and weight gain rate between the Yangtze River population and the Liaohe River population (P> 0.05). (2) There was no significant difference in the growth of the Yangtze River population and Liaohe River in each month (P> 0.05), and the differences in the growth between the two groups were significant (P <0.01). The average monthly body weights of the two groups were higher than Female, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). (3) There was significant difference in growth between the two populations, the coefficient of variation was above 40, and the variation coefficient of the Yangtze River population was higher than that of the Liaohe River population, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05)
