太平洋保险自冰灾发生以来,积极研究部署抗灾理赔工作。太平洋集团下发了《关于进一步组织做好抗灾救灾工作的紧急通知》,要求各级机构将抗灾救灾和理赔服务作为当前各项工作的重中之重,切实将被保险人利益放在首位。太平洋产、寿险总公司成立了抗灾救灾领导小组,周密部署,上下联动,及时、果断地处置灾害事故。各分支机构迅速行动,第一时间组织人员投入到查勘定损、理赔救灾等服务工作中,因地制宜地落实各项灾害应对措施。

All branches promptly took the initiative to organize personnel to work on the investigation and determination of losses and claims relief and other service work and implement various disaster response measures according to local conditions.
