目的:建立了氨基葡萄糖液相色谱-质谱联用含量测定方法。方法:优化液相色谱条件选择了CAPCELL PAK CR 1:4色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-20 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液(含0.1%醋酸)=1:1;流速:0.3 ml/min分离保留氨基葡萄糖,采用正离子检测,选择反应监测(SRM)进行定性定量。结果:方法的线性范围0.05μg/ml~500μg/ml,最低定量浓度为5μg/g,结论:方法简便,灵敏度高,具有创新性,适用于药品及保健品中氨基葡萄糖含量的准确测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of glucosamine by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods: Optimized HPLC conditions selected CAPCELL PAK CR 1: 4 column, mobile phase: acetonitrile -20 mmol / L ammonium acetate solution containing 0.1% acetic acid = 1: 1; flow rate: 0.3 ml / Glucose, using positive ion detection, selective reaction monitoring (SRM) for qualitative and quantitative. Results: The linear range of the method was 0.05μg / ml ~ 500μg / ml and the lowest concentration was 5μg / g. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and innovative. It is suitable for the accurate determination of glucosamine in medicines and health products.
