The Fifth Military Medical Metrology Skills Certification Training Professional Committee (hereinafter referred to as “Special Committee ”) sponsored by the Fourth Military Medical University under the auspices of the Fourth Military Medical University and the First Plenary Session of the Committee On October 14, 2014 held in Xi’an. More than 40 experts and members from relevant units of the PLA attended the meeting.
