以乙酸甲酯和C型环保油为混合溶剂,以三乙醇胺为非水催化剂,采用酚醛树脂(PF)和活性氧化镁为原料制备螯合物;然后以氯丁橡胶、白炭黑、氧化锌、螯合物和混合溶剂等为原料,制备出一种无“三苯”无“卤代烃”多用途氯丁橡胶胶粘剂。结果表明:该胶粘剂的最佳配方(以质量份计)为氯丁橡胶145份[m(CR2442)∶m(DCR-25)=80∶65],白炭黑20份,氧化锌10份,螯合物120份,混合溶剂700份[m(乙酸甲酯)∶m(C型环保油)=40∶60];由最佳配方制取的氯丁橡胶胶粘剂,其不挥发物含量为23.99%、黏度为2750 mPa·s、初粘剪切强度为1.65 MPa和剪切强度为2.88 MPa,并且其各项性能符合HG/T 3 738-2004标准,其有害物质含量符合GB 18.583-2008标准。
Methyl acetate and C-type environment-friendly oil as solvent and triethanolamine as non-aqueous catalyst were prepared by using phenolic resin (PF) and activated magnesia as raw materials. The results show that the optimum formulation of the adhesive is 145 parts of neoprene [m (CR2442): m (DCR-25) = 80:65], 20 parts of white carbon black, 10 parts of zinc oxide, 120 parts of chelate and 700 parts of mixed solvent [m (methyl acetate): m (C type) = 40:60]; the neoprene adhesive prepared by the best formula has a non-volatile content of 23.99 %, Viscosity of 2750 mPa · s, initial shear strength of 1.65 MPa and shear strength of 2.88 MPa, and its performance in line with HG / T 3 738-2004 standards, the content of harmful substances in line with GB 18.583-2008 standards .
