目的观察复方黄柏液外洗辅助治疗小儿包皮龟头炎的临床疗效。方法 56例包皮龟头炎患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各28例,对照组采用抗生素口服及高锰酸钾液局部外洗治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上,联合复方黄柏液外洗,2组均治疗2周后统计疗效。结果治疗组止痛、消肿、止痒时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为85.7%,治疗组为96.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方黄柏液外洗辅助治疗小儿包皮龟头炎临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the curative effect of compound cortex phellodendri on external adjuvant treatment of children with foreskin balanitis.
