运用ViewCast模拟软件对某铸钢汽车后桥V法铸造的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,预测了原工艺方案所产生缩孔、缩松缺陷的位置和大小。根据模拟结果,对原工艺方案进行了改进,增设横浇道和冷铁,铸件实现了顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷,从而获得了合理的铸造工艺方案并通过工厂的生产验证。
Using ViewCast simulation software to simulate the solidification process of the cast-iron V rear axle casting by V method, the position and size of shrinkage defects and shrinkage defects of the original process were predicted. According to the simulation results, the original process scheme was improved. The addition of runner and chilled iron increased the order of solidification of castings and eliminated the shrinkage cavity and shrinkage defects, so that a reasonable casting process scheme was obtained and verified by the factory’s production.
