螺旋输送机(绞龙)叶片的制造主要有热锻和冷拉两种方法。我厂生产的螺旋输送机螺旋叶片的成型已由单片热锻改为整体冷拉。利用模具热锻单个叶片的工艺方法效率低,成本高,劳动强度大,叶片的厚度不均匀,寿命降低;利用整体冷拉叶片的工艺方法,效率高,成本低,劳动强度小,叶片的厚度均匀,使用寿命长。一、螺旋体叶片整体冷拉方法以GX系列螺旋机(GX400型)螺旋体叶片整体冷拉为例(参看图1)。已知:螺旋体外径D=400mm,回转叶片高h=146mm,螺距S=320±2mm,右旋。 1.螺旋叶片展开尺寸(用计算方法,放大样法均可,见图2)。
