我县在1993年前后即有菇农用大棚栽培香菇,经过几年的发展,新建镇一带几乎全部采用大棚栽培,1997年达3000000筒.部分老种植户也有开始改用大棚栽培,大棚有逐渐取代荫棚的趋势.大棚栽培香菇的主要优点:①冬季香菇产量大大高于荫棚,此间又逢春节,市场需求量大,价格高,低温又有利远运,经济效益明显.②香菇质量好,尤其在雨天,比荫棚出的菇干燥美观,受顾客欢迎,价格较高.③操作方便,采菇、注水等活动雨天不需戴雨具.④材料成本、用工、劳力,搭建大棚远省于搭建荫棚,总计材料、用工总投入,搭建大棚比搭建荫棚要省10%～30%.现将我县大棚栽培香菇的高产技术介绍如下:
