本文用透射电镜观察了日本对虾(Penaeusjaponicus)眼柄内的胶质细胞,结果表明:这些胶质细胞呈圆形、椭圆形,直径4900—5100nm。细胞质无线粒体、高尔基体等细胞器结构。细胞核大,直径约3900nm。电子致密的异染色质位于核边缘,连成块状。核周腔有明显的增宽现象,细胞膜外有由3—4层组成的片层结构,片层宽度约20—33nm,层距宽度约15—50nm。
In this paper, transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the glia of Penaeus japonicus. The results showed that these glial cells were round and oval with a diameter of 4900-5100nm. Cytoplasm, mitochondria, Golgi and other organelles. Large nucleus, diameter of about 3900nm. Electronically dense heterochromatin at the nuclear edge, even into a block. The peritubular cavity has obvious widening phenomenon. The outer layer of the cell membrane has a lamellar structure consisting of 3-4 layers with a lamellar width of about 20-33 nm and a lamellar spacing of about 15-50 nm.
