采用75MnA和75MnNbA两个钢种,进行对比试验.结果证明:高碳钢中加铌能够缩小钢中珠光体的片间距,提高高温奥氏体晶粒度的级别,进而提高钢的抗拉强度和韧性,显著地改善机械性能.
Using 75MnA and 75MnNbA two kinds of steel, comparative test. The results show that the addition of niobium in high carbon steel can reduce the pearlite interlamellar spacing and increase the grain size of high temperature austenite, thereby improving the tensile strength and toughness of steel and improving the mechanical properties significantly.
