目的 观察高糖及糖基化终末产物(AGEs)对脾细胞生长和胞内钙的影响。方法 MTT法测定对细胞增生活 性的影响,流式细胞仪观察细胞周期及Ca2+的变化。结果 高糖及AGEs均可使脾细胞增殖活性明显增加,且进入S期细胞 数明显增多,AGEs组脾细胞胞内Ca2+水平升高。结论 糖尿病时脾细胞内钙增加,可能使脾细胞增殖能力增强。
Objective To observe the effects of high glucose and advanced glycation end products (AGEs) on the growth of splenocytes and intracellular calcium. Methods MTT assay was used to determine the effect of cell proliferation on cell proliferation. Cell cycle and Ca2 + changes were observed by flow cytometry. Results Both high glucose and AGEs could significantly increase the proliferation activity of spleen cells, and significantly increased the number of cells entering S phase. The intracellular Ca2 + levels of splenocytes in AGEs group increased. Conclusion The increase of calcium in spleen cells during diabetes may increase the proliferation ability of spleen cells.
