建立了畜禽肉中硼和铝元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定方法。样品用HNO3+H2O2+H2O经微波消解后,用ICP-MS进行分析。以Sc和Li作为内标物质,补偿了基体效应,优化仪器参数,考察了方法的检出限、线性范围、回收率和精密度等。结果表明:硼和铝在0~2.0μg/mL线性范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,铝和硼的方法检出限分别为70.5 ng/g和30.5 ng/g,相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为1.35%和2.01%;在5种不同样品基质(牛肉、猪肝、猪肚、牛百叶、鸡肉)的添加回收试验中,添加水平为0.3~3.2μg/g时,两种元素的平均回收率为90.5%~107.2%。利用该方法分析鸡肉的国家标准物质,结果与标准值一致。所建立的方法简单、快速和准确,适用于检验分析畜禽肉中硼和铝元素。
A ICP-MS method for the determination of boron and aluminum in livestock and poultry meat was established. Samples were digested with HNO3 + H2O2 + H2O and analyzed by ICP-MS. Taking Sc and Li as internal standard materials, the matrix effect was compensated and the instrument parameters were optimized. The detection limit, linear range, recovery rate and precision of the method were investigated. The results showed that the linearity of boron and aluminum in the linear range of 0 ~ 2.0μg / mL was good, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999, the detection limits of aluminum and boron were 70.5 ng / g and 30.5 ng / g, respectively. The relative standard deviations (n = 6) were 1.35% and 2.01%, respectively. In addition and recovery experiments of five different sample matrices (beef, pork liver, pork belly, beef jerk, chicken) The average recoveries of the two elements ranged from 90.5% to 107.2%. Using this method to analyze chicken’s national standard substance, the result is consistent with the standard value. The established method is simple, rapid and accurate, suitable for testing and analysis of boron and aluminum in livestock and poultry meat.
