小批量多品种的制造型企业特点为高毛利(大都毛利在40%以上);规模小(多数产值在2亿左右);存货多。为了控制库存,很多企业已采用的ERP系统,据调查,大部分企业应用ERP系统后采用物料需求计划(MRP)来控制库存,但收效不甚理想。本文分析了MRP系统的缺陷,提出以MRP为主,JIT(无库存生产方式)为辅的方式解决小批量多品种的制造型企业的库存控制问题。

This paper analyzes the defects of MRP system and proposes to solve the inventory control problem of small batch and multi-variety manufacturing enterprises with MRP as the main method and JIT (non-inventory production method) as the supplement.
