市场学习行为和学习能力是企业提升创新能力的重要路径,研究尝试从企业信息管理的角度解释企业的市场学习与创新绩效关系这一问题。采用实证研究方法对收集的数据进行处理,研究结果发现企业的动态市场学习行为对创新绩效产生正向影响,研究检验了企业信息管理能力的中介作用,有效解释了市场学习行为对创新绩效产生的影响。
Market learning behavior and learning ability are the important ways for enterprises to enhance their innovative abilities. The research attempts to explain the relationship between market learning and innovation performance from the perspective of enterprise information management. The empirical research method is used to deal with the collected data. The results show that the dynamic market learning behavior of enterprises has a positive impact on innovation performance, the research examines the intermediary role of enterprise information management capabilities, and effectively explains the impact of market learning behavior on innovation performance influences.
