对电流型酶电极的响应过程:异相电子转移,酶催化反应过程和膜扩散过程进行了动力学分析;考察了Damkohler准数与酶电极的使用寿命、响应灵敏度和线性响应范围等操作特征的关系。这些研究对构建具有优良操作性能的酶电极有一定的指导意义。
The reaction process of current-type enzyme electrode: kinetic analysis of heterogeneous electron transfer, enzymatic reaction process and membrane diffusion process; investigated the operation characteristics of the Damkohler quasi-enzyme electrode and its service life, response sensitivity and linear response range relationship. These studies have certain guiding significance for the construction of enzyme electrode with excellent performance.
