用共溶液法及研磨法制备了VD_2 β环糊精包合物,并测定其在室温(20—25℃)及80℃加速试验时的稳定性,结果表明:VD_2β经环糊精包合后稳定性大大提高。
VD_2 β cyclodextrin inclusion complex was prepared by co-solution method and grinding method. The stability of VD_2 β cyclodextrin inclusion complex was tested at room temperature (20-25 ℃) and accelerated at 80 ℃. The results showed that VD_2β inclusion complex Greatly improved stability.
