英语教师PCK主要包括学科知识、理论知识和实践知识。英语教师入职前需要学习、建构这些知识,然而缺乏有效策略引领的知识学习与建构,其效率和效果就无法保障。作为一种内隐的规则系统和外显的操作程序,学习策略的介入,无疑给职前英语教师学科教学知识建构带来新的活力。基于元认知、认知、情感、社交、资源利用等五大策略的PCK建构,有利于职前英语教师增强目标、计划、管理、监控、评估等意识,激发学习动机,提高学习效率,培养自主学习能力和合作学习习惯,确保职前PCK建构优质、高效。
English teacher PCK includes subject knowledge, theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge. English teachers need to learn before entering the job, to construct these knowledge, however, the lack of effective learning strategy leads to the construction and learning, its efficiency and effectiveness can not be guaranteed. As a kind of implicit rule system and explicit operation procedure, the intervention of learning strategy undoubtedly brings new vitality to the pre-service English teacher’s construction of subject knowledge. The construction of PCK based on five strategies of metacognition, cognition, emotion, socialization and resource utilization is conducive to enhancing the awareness of pre-service English teachers in terms of goals, plans, management, monitoring and evaluation, stimulating learning motivation, improving learning efficiency and cultivating autonomy Learning ability and cooperative learning habits to ensure pre-service PCK build quality and efficiency.
