胡锦涛总书记今年4月26日在中央政治局第十二次集体学习时强调,要始终坚持依法治国、依法执政,提高全社会法制化管理水平。为学习贯彻这一重要指示精神,6月5日上午,本刊政治编辑部和中共黑龙江省委宣传部在京联合召开了“坚持依法治国、依法执政”座谈会。中纪委领导和有关部门的负责同志及部分专家学者刘峰岩、曹康泰、石泰峰、袁曙宏等在会上发言。本社社长吴恒权同志出席会议并讲话。现将他们的发言摘要刊发,以飨读者。
On April 26 this year, General Secretary Hu Jintao emphasized at the twelfth collective study of the Central Political Bureau that we must always adhere to the principle of governing the country according to law and governing according to the law so as to raise the level of legal management in the entire society.
