本文研究了六升超高强度钢瓶疲劳裂纹扩展特征。气瓶疲劳失效方式不仅与材料的性能K1c 和σ0-2 有关,而且与主要疲劳裂纹源半长度C0 和两相邻疲劳裂纹源中心距L0 有关。气瓶撕裂的主要原因是多疲劳裂纹源扩展汇合成一个新的大疲劳裂纹源所致。
In this paper, the fatigue crack propagation characteristics of six-liter ultra-high strength steel cylinders were studied. The fatigue failure mode of gas cylinder is not only related to material properties K1c and σ0-2, but also relates to the half length C0 of the main fatigue crack source and the center distance L0 between two adjacent fatigue crack sources. The main reason for the cylinder tear is due to the combination of multiple fatigue crack sources that merge to form a new source of large fatigue cracks.
