用IBM-PC/xT微型计算机,以DBASEⅢPlus研制了医学学报管理系统,用于学报的来稿登记、文献检索,各单位稿件分类统计、发放稿酬及中西文函件处理等。并具有数据维护和自学习(HELP)功能,使用方便。该系统的使用,将提高学报管理水平,减少工作量,降低差错率,便于作者查询,读者检索,有利于编辑部与作者、审者,财务部门,上级业务部门和读者之间的联系。为领导宏观掌握全校各科室学术动态提供材料,可方便年终编制关键词总索引目录。
With IBM-PC / xT microcomputer, DBASEⅢPlus medical journal management system developed for the journal’s manuscript registration, document retrieval, the classification of manuscripts statistics, payment of remuneration and the processing of Chinese and Western letters. And with data maintenance and self-learning (HELP) function, easy to use.
