随着科学技术的发展及人民生活水平提高,选育优质农作物品种已成为我国农作物育种的重要任务。提高大豆籽粒蛋白质含量则是优质大豆新品种选育的主要目标之一。因此,探讨提高蛋白质含量的选择方法及其对产量和脂肪含量的影响具有重要的意义。本试验利用3个杂交组合早世代以蛋白质含量高、中、低3组进行选择,分析蛋白质含量选择的有效性及其可能对产量和脂肪含量产生的影响。
With the development of science and technology and improvement of people’s living standards, breeding high-quality crop varieties has become an important task of crop breeding in our country. Increasing the protein content of soybean is one of the main objectives of breeding new varieties of high quality soybean. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the selection method of increasing the protein content and its influence on yield and fat content. In this study, three crosses were used to select the early generation with high, medium and low protein content. The effectiveness of the protein content selection and its effect on yield and fat content were analyzed.
