骨巨细胞瘤在骨瘤中较为常见,但发生在幼儿的骨巨细胞瘤,实属罕见。我们自1979年至1983年收治3例,报告如下:例一,男、11个月,因右小腿肿块来诊,1月前曾在普外科门诊,按“炎症予”青霉素肌肉注射治疗,以后反见增大,触碰患处时哭闹。体检:发育正常,营养良好,一般情况正常。右胫骨中上段前内侧距膑骨下4cm处有3×4×2cm~3包块,稍硬,有弹性感,压痛。化验:血白细胞11000/mm~3,中性78％,其它血尿化验正常。X光片
