都匀市柑桔红蜘蛛发生普遍,抗药力强。为探索新的高效低毒低残留农药品种,1985年我们于沙井街村柑桔园进行克螨特、溴螨酯对柑桔红蜘蛛药效试验。 (一)方法 设73%克螨特为2000、2500、3000倍液;50%溴螨酯1000,1500倍液;40%氧化乐果1000倍液;以不喷药为对照。7个处理,3次重复。小区面积0.3亩,总面积6.3亩,360株。随机排列。每处理抽查3株,每株按东南西北和中部五个方位分别作标记固定5条枝梢,调查10片叶。喷药前7天和喷药后7天、14天,各抽查一次活螨卵数,统计减退率。 (二)结果 1.对成、若螨的防效:73%克螨特具有击倒力强,使用浓度较低,却比其他两种浓度较高的药剂强。克螨特2000和3000倍效果无明显差异。因此用3000倍液,用药少收效
