天然的生物胶原聚合体,是新的成形材料,起暂时性支架作用,在体内缓慢溶解吸收,刺激组织再生,逐渐被机体新生组织取代。作者拟定含胶原的根管充填剂处方,并进行临床研究。胶原糊剂的成分为胶原、甲基脲嘧啶、次硝酸铋.(X 线对比剂)、氧化锌,临用前加丁香酚调成稠糊。治疗73例病人82个牙:慢性牙髓炎12,慢性根尖周炎70。先用器械和药物(0.02%洗必太)处理根管,然后按通用的方法充填根管。根据临床和X线检查(3～12月)评定治疗结果。对照组30例(38牙)用丁香酚糊剂充填根管。研究结果:胶原糊剂根管充填后早期,71个牙(86.6%)无疼痛反应。11个牙(13.4%)有不同程度的反应,咬合时轻度疼痛,根尖投影部粘膜充血,触诊疼痛,通
Natural biological collagen polymer, a new forming material, acts as a temporary scaffolding, slowly dissolving and absorbing in the body to stimulate tissue regeneration, and gradually replaced by the body of new tissue. The authors develop a prescription for collagen-containing root canal filling and conduct clinical studies.
