目的 探讨在免疫学检验实验教学中实施行动导向教学方法的应用效果.方法 选择四川卫生康复职业学院2012级医学检验专业105名学生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组Ⅰ、实验组Ⅱ和对照组.实验组Ⅰ和实验组Ⅱ实施行动导向教学方法,对照组实施传统的实验教学方法.比较实验组和对照组学生的实验成绩和期末考试成绩并发放调查问卷进行教学评价.结果 实验组Ⅰ和实验组Ⅱ学生实验成绩、期末考试成绩高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.问卷调查结果显示,绝大多数学生对行动导向教学方法持肯定态度.结论 行动导向教学方法有利于提高学生的综合能力,整体上优于传统的实验教学.“,”Objective To discuss the effects of action-oriented teaching in experiment of immunology laboratory.Methods 105 students majoring in laboratory medicine of 2012 grade in Sichuan Vocational College of Health and Rehabilitation were divided in test group Ⅰ (n =36),test group Ⅱ (n =36) and control group (n =33).Both test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ try out action-oriented teaching method,while the control group keeps traditional experimental teaching method.Then the experiment and final examination scores of the above groups were compared and the questionnaire was hand out to evaluating teaching effects.Results The experiment and final examination scores of test group Ⅰ or test group Ⅱ are significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Results of questionnaires suggested that action-oriented teaching method is welcome by most of students.Conclusion Action-oriented teaching method is beneficial to improve the comprehensive abilities and it is superior to the traditional experimental teaching method on the whole.
