对山东省泰安等地的5起兔的腹泻疫情进行临床诊断,根据初步诊断结果进行了病原的分离培养,可疑菌经多重PCR鉴定为A型魏氏梭菌.根据疫情报爆发时出现的临床特征,结合实验室诊断结果,可以确定上述5起兔的腹泻疫情与兔魏氏梭菌感染密切相关,分离的魏氏梭菌的的血清型为A型.
