[目的]寻找高活性的吡唑乙酰胺类化合物并进行先导结构优化。[方法]通过变换N-苄基吡唑酰胺结构中亚甲基的位置,设计合成一类1-苯基-1H-吡唑乙酰胺类化合物。[结果]合成了15个新颖的3,5-二甲基-1-苯基-1H-吡唑乙酰胺类化合物,结构经过1H NMR和MS确证。[结论]杀虫测试结果表明:部分化合物在500 mg/L下对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)表现出良好的致死率,但是未表现出对蚕豆蚜(Aphis craccivora)和黏虫(Leucania separata Walker)的杀虫活性。
[Objective] The research aimed to find highly active pyrazole acetamides and to optimize the structure of precursors. [Method] A series of 1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole acetamides were designed and synthesized by changing the position of methylene in N-benzyl pyrazole amide. [Result] Fifteen novel 3,5-dimethyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole acetamides were synthesized and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS. [Conclusion] The insecticidal test results showed that some compounds showed good lethality to Tetranychus cinnabarinus at 500 mg / L, but did not show any inhibitory effect on Aphis craccivora and Leucania separata Walker ) Insecticidal activity.
