针对采煤机滚筒在截割过程中截齿受力较大的情况,分别对普通镐型截齿、仿生截齿进行截割过程的磨损试验和温度检测,通过三坐标齿轮综合测量仪对两种截齿的磨损情况和截齿的温度变化情况进行实验检测.通过对两种截齿的磨损情况和温度检测情况进行分析.研究结果表明:仿生截齿在截割实验过程中,磨损量相比普通截齿大,且在正向截割的过程中,仿生截齿有温度相对集中的位置,与普通截齿截割过程中温度值相比相差不大,对仿生截齿的硬度改进提供了理论依据.
