去年,由劳动保障部社保中心组织的养老金社会化发放检查组到广西南宁市检查工作。南宁作为一个地处边疆的少数民族地区的省会城市,经济不太发达,养老金社会化发放工作困难较多。但检查组经过实地考查后发现,南宁社保所基础工作的扎实着实令人吃惊,离退休人员的各种数据有条不紊。2000年4月下旬,其社会化发放率已由年初的32.37%提高到60.27%,到2000年6月,全市5.95万名离退休人员的养老金100%实现了社会化发放,居于全国前列。而这一切都离不开南宁市社保所所长魏文熙和她的同事们的辛勤工作。
