目的针对临床上膝关节置换手术中软组织平衡测量的需要,研究并开发了一种新的软组织平衡测量系统用于帮助医生在膝关节置换手术中软组织平衡的测量和调节。方法软组织平衡测量系统由测量装置前端、信号采集控制盒和便携式电脑组成。在置入膝关节腔中的前端测量装置上装有6个精密的微型压力传感器,分布在装置面板的左右、前中后6个位置,用于测量软组织张力大小。同时前端测量装置的上下平行面板的间距可通过机械传动装置完成增大和缩小的调节。结果本测量系统能够较好地完成膝关节之间软组织的张力大小测量、膝关节间距调节和张力大小的三维动态显示。结论结合软组织张力大小和膝关节间距数据,能对膝关节的动力学研究有更大的帮助。
Objective To meet the need of soft tissue balance measurement in clinical knee replacement surgery, a new soft tissue balance measurement system was developed and used to help surgeons measure and adjust soft tissue balance in knee replacement surgery. Methods Soft tissue balance measurement system consists of the front of the measuring device, the signal acquisition control box and a portable computer. Six precision micro-pressure sensors are installed on the front end measuring device placed in the knee joint cavity, and are arranged on the left, right, front and back of the device panel, and used to measure the soft tissue tension. At the same time, the distance between the upper and lower parallel panels of the front-end measuring device can be adjusted by the mechanical transmission device to increase and decrease. Results The measurement system can well measure the soft tissue tension between the knee, knee joint adjustment and tension of the three-dimensional dynamic display. Conclusion The combination of soft tissue tension and knee distance data can be more helpful to the kinetics of knee joint.
