一、势在必行实行馆际协作,建立图书馆网络,是国外图书馆的一种发展趋势。也是国内图书馆界的一个热门话题。它把原来分散的图书馆组织在一起,集各馆人力、物力、财力之大成,进行分工协作,达到资源共享的目的。我国图书馆目前的状况是:各馆各自为政,分兵独立作战,都想建立自己的“小而全”、“大而全”藏书结构,由于缺乏统筹规划,结果是要么出现空白,要么相互重复;就整体而论,文献的覆盖面甚小,没有形成有效的文献资源保障体系;布局不合理,个别地区文献过剩,重复率高,利用率低,而多数地区文献短缺,不能满足读者的正常使用。 First, it is imperative to implement inter-library collaboration and establish a network of libraries, which is a development trend of foreign libraries.
