桩核修复的目的是使牙体组织、桩核与粘固剂形成一个整体,封闭牙体外组织液,避免根管的再次感染。微渗漏是指牙体硬组织与修复体之间、修复体内部的微小裂隙,其形成主要由于牙体硬组织与修复体之间不能达到理想程度的粘接,加上口腔温度的变化,引起修复体发生热胀冷缩的体积改变,破坏其与牙体组织及粘固剂的结合。纤维桩核的微渗漏可能引起继发龋、桩核松动、根尖周病变等,导致修复失败。本文就纤维桩核微渗漏的影响因素做一综述。
