该实验将W-OH材料喷洒在砒砂岩表面形成固结层,考察W-OH浓度、pH、喷洒量、添加剂种类和浓度等因素对固结层抗紫外性能的影响,最后根据质量亏损趋势预测固结层抗紫外老化寿命。实验结果表明:固结层抗紫外性能随W-OH、EVA、PVA、UV531和UV770浓度的提高而提高。当EVA、PVA浓度超过2%,UV531、UV770浓度超过0.06%,固结层抗紫外性能随浓度提高变化较小。喷洒量对固结层的抗紫外性能影响较小。添加W-OH材料浓度越高,固结层抗紫外老化寿命越长。
In this experiment, the W-OH material was sprayed on the surface of sandstone to form a consolidation layer. The effects of W-OH concentration, pH, spray amount, additive type and concentration on the UV-resistance of the consolidated layer were investigated. Finally, Consolidation layer UV aging life. The experimental results show that the UV resistance of the consolidated layer increases with the increase of W-OH, EVA, PVA, UV531 and UV770 concentration. When the concentration of EVA and PVA exceeds 2% and the concentration of UV531 and UV770 exceeds 0.06%, the UV resistance of the consolidated layer changes little with the increase of the concentration. The amount of spray on the consolidated layer of UV resistance less affected. The higher the concentration of W-OH added, the longer the UV aging life of the consolidated layer.
