目的 探讨图像分析技术在甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤良恶性鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 应用北航第三代CMM - 3病理图像分析系统 ,对 30例甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤 (2 0例腺瘤 ,10例腺癌 )及 10例正常甲状腺上皮组织进行形态定量测定 ,每例随机测量 5 0 - - 10 0个细胞核的面积、周长、平均核直径、形状因子 ,异形指数 5个参数。结果 上述 5个参数在正常与恶性、良性及恶性组间均有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 图像分析对甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤的病理鉴别诊断具有一定价值。
Objective To investigate the value of image analysis in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid follicular tumors. Methods A total of 30 cases of thyroid follicular tumors (20 adenomas, 10 adenocarcinomas) and 10 normal thyroid epithelial tissues were examined by morphometric method with the third generation CMM - 3 pathological image analysis system of Beihang University. Each case was randomly measured 5 0 - - 10 0 nucleus area, circumference, average nuclear diameter, shape factor, shaped index 5 parameters. Results The above five parameters were significantly different between normal and malignant, benign and malignant groups (P <0.01). Conclusion The image analysis of thyroid follicular tumor pathological differential diagnosis has a certain value.
