对144例女性下生殖道炎症患者进行淋菌PCR检测，15例阳性，阳性率为10．4％，亚急性化脓性输卵管炎合并盆腔炎患者术后的输卵管石蜡包埋组织14例，PCR检测7例淋菌阳性．阳性率为50％，说明淋菌感染是女性生殖器炎症的重要原因。
