目的 探讨胰岛素样生长因子 - 1(IGF - 1)对脂代谢的影响及其在高脂血症发病中的作用。方法 使用Westerndotblot杂交 ,检测了不同临床类型高脂血症患者的血清IGF - 1水平 ,并与各项血脂指标进行了相关性分析。结果 单纯高胆固醇血症 (Ⅱa型 )及单纯高甘油三酯血症 (Ⅳ型 )患者 ,其血清IGF - 1水平均明显低于健康对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而混合型高脂血症 (Ⅱb型 )患者则与对照组没有明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;所有受试对象 ,包括健康对照及高脂血症患者 ,分别考察年龄、TC、TG、HDL、LDL、ApoA、ApoB及LDL/HDL等因素与血清IGF- 1水平的相关关系 ,发现TC、TG、LDL、ApoA及LDL/HDL均与IGF - 1呈负相关。 结果 IGF - 1作为一种重要的循环内分泌多肽 ,参与脂代谢的调节。研究为阐明高脂血症的发生机制提供了一条新的线索。
Objective To investigate the effect of insulin - like growth factor - 1 (IGF - 1) on lipid metabolism and its role in the pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia. Methods Westerndotblot hybridization was used to detect serum IGF - 1 levels in patients with different clinical types of hyperlipidemia, and the correlations were analyzed with various lipid parameters. Results In patients with simple hypercholesterolemia (type Ⅱa) and simple hypertriglyceridaemia (type Ⅳ), serum IGF - 1 levels were significantly lower than those in healthy controls (P <0.01) Serum (type IIb) patients were not significantly different from the control group (P> 0.05). All subjects, including healthy controls and patients with hyperlipidemia, were investigated for age, TC, TG, HDL, LDL, ApoA , ApoB, LDL / HDL and serum IGF-1 levels. There was a negative correlation between TC, TG, LDL, ApoA, LDL / HDL and IGF-1. Results IGF - 1, as an important circulating endocrine polypeptide, is involved in the regulation of lipid metabolism. The research provides a new clue to clarify the mechanism of hyperlipidemia.
