高压水在煤矿的应用,主要取决于以下三个方面:即水量、压力和使用方法。本文主要探讨压力比一般高压水更高的高压水的应用及其在改善作业条件;改进设备性能;降低煤尘等方面的作用。本文结合英国西部矿区的具体实践,介绍高压水的产生方法和在掘进和采煤设备上的应用及其所取得的技术经济效益。进而对高压水的技术和应用前景进行了展望。最后,作者强调:在有效应用高压水的三个要素中,若提高压力,又有正确的使用方法,即可大大减少用水量。
The application of high-pressure water in coal mines mainly depends on the following three aspects: the amount of water, the pressure and the method of use. This paper mainly discusses the application of high pressure water with higher pressure than general high pressure water and its role in improving working conditions, improving equipment performance and reducing coal dust. In this paper, combined with the concrete practice of western mining area in the United Kingdom, this paper introduces the production methods of high pressure water and its application in excavation and coal mining equipment and its technical and economic benefits. Then the prospect of high pressure water technology and its application is prospected. Finally, the author emphasizes: In the three elements of the effective application of high-pressure water, if the pressure is increased, there are correct use, you can greatly reduce water consumption.
