目的 :研究地克病中枢神经系统和内分泌腺等器官的形态改变。方法 :解剖和观测了三例神经型地克病尸体的中枢神经系统和内分泌腺等形态的改变。结果 :地克病脑的重量减轻 ,脑回变小 ,皮质变薄 ,灰质比正常人减轻 ,海马质软 ;神经细胞、内分泌腺、骨骼系统都有不同程度的形态改变。结论 :地克病脑各部形态学变化 ,特别是边缘系统的形态改变 ,可能是脑发育和代谢障碍所致 ;为解释地克病神经运动障碍、骨骼系统发育不良提供了形态学依据
Objective: To study the morphological changes of the central nervous system and endocrine gland in patients with gram-grams. Methods: The morphological changes of the central nervous system and endocrine gland of the three cases of neurological Dick’s disease were dissected and observed. Results: The weight of brain in Dick’s disease was decreased, the gyrus became smaller, the cortex became thinner, the gray matter was relieved than the normal people and the hippocampus was soft. The nerve cells, endocrine glands and skeletal system all had different morphological changes. CONCLUSION: The morphological changes of each part of Dickinson’s disease brain, especially the changes of the limbic system, may be caused by brain development and metabolic disorders.
