斜纹夜蛾已成为影响大豆生产的世界性害虫,对野生大豆抗斜纹夜蛾资源进行鉴定可以拓宽大豆抗虫育种的遗传基础。采用室内喂养2日龄斜纹夜蛾幼虫的方法,以幼虫重和蛹重为指标,共鉴定了38份野生大豆资源对斜纹夜蛾的抗性。结果表明:室内饲喂后,幼虫重和蛹重在野生大豆种质间存在显著差异,并且二者间存在显著相关性。进一步分析结果表明,野生大豆抗虫性与百粒重存在极显著相关性。依据标准品种分级法对抗性鉴定结果进行划分,从供试的38份野生大豆资源中筛选出6个高抗种质和4个高感标准种质。
Spodoptera litura has become a worldwide pest that affects soybean production. The identification of wild soybean resistance to Spodoptera litura could broaden the genetic basis of insect-resistant breeding in soybean. The indoor larvae fed with 2-day-old Spodoptera litura were used as indices to evaluate the resistance of 15 wild soybean resources to Spodoptera litura. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the weight of larvae and the pupal weight of wild soybean germplasms after indoor feeding, and there was a significant correlation between the two. Further analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between the pest resistance of wild soybean and 100-grain weight. According to the standard variety grading method, the resistance identification results were divided. Six high resistant germplasms and four high susceptibility germplasms were screened from 38 wild soybean resources tested.
